When will my order arrive?: All Cyprus orders are delivered in 1–3 working days from confirmation. Same-day order means you'll usually have it the next day.
Where do you ship?: We currently ship within Cyprus only. International shipping is coming soon — sign up to the newsletter to be the first to know.
Will I get tracking?: Yes — once your parcel is on its way you'll get an email with the tracking number.
What are the pieces made from?: Most pieces are stainless steel with a gold-plated finish (water-resistant, gentle on most skin types). Some are sterling silver 925. A handful feature natural stones (turquoise, mother-of-pearl) or zircons. The materials are listed on each product page.
Is the jewelry gentle on sensitive skin?: Stainless steel pieces are gentle on most skin types and made to keep their shine longer. Sterling silver 925 is also a good choice for sensitive skin. If you have specific allergies, write to us before ordering.
How do I know my size?: Rings come in sizes 5–9 (US). Bracelets and anklets in S/M/L. Necklaces in 40, 45 and 50 cm. If you need help measuring, write to us — we'll send a quick guide.
How do I care for my pieces?: We have a full Care Guide on the site that walks you through cleaning, storage and what to avoid for each material.
What's your returns policy?: You have 30 days from delivery to return an unworn piece in its original packaging. Customer pays return shipping. Full details on the Shipping & Returns page.
Do you offer gift wrapping?: Yes — every order arrives wrapped, no extra charge. If it's a gift, leave a note at checkout and we'll skip the receipt.
