We currently ship across Cyprus only. International shipping is on our roadmap — sign up to the newsletter to hear when it lands.

• Delivery in 1–3 working days from order confirmation.
• Free shipping on orders over €50.
• A small flat-rate shipping fee applies to smaller orders — calculated at checkout.
• Every order is gift-wrapped at no extra charge.

Once your parcel ships you'll get a confirmation email with the tracking number. Couriers in Cyprus are quick — most orders arrive the next day.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. We accept returns of unworn pieces in their original packaging.

• Pieces must be unworn, unused and in the original packaging.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the return.
• For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of earrings once the packaging seal has been broken.

Email us at info@pinkpearlaccessories.com with your order number within the return window. We'll send back the return address and a small note to include with the parcel.

If a piece arrives damaged or develops a fault, write to info@pinkpearlaccessories.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund — return shipping on us in this case.
