Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Pink Pearl website (the "site") operated by Pink Pearl Accessories. By accessing the site or placing an order you agree to these terms in full.

An order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, for any reason, until shipment confirmation. Acceptance happens when we ship your parcel.

Prices are listed in Euro and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any point before shipment — if you've already paid for an obviously mispriced item we'll cancel and refund the order in full.

Payment is processed by Stripe at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. No order is fulfilled until payment clears.

Shipping terms are described on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery times are best estimates, not contractual guarantees.

Returns are governed by our Returns policy. EU consumer law gives you a 14-day cooling-off period from delivery — our 30-day window is more generous and includes that.

All content on this site (text, photographs, logos, layout) belongs to Pink Pearl or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any single claim is limited to the value of the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cypriot courts.
