Pink Pearl Accessories is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. You can reach us at info@pinkpearlaccessories.com for any privacy-related question.

We only collect data that's necessary to fulfil your order and improve the service:

• Account details you provide at checkout: name, email, shipping address, phone number.
• Order history and what you bought.
• Payment is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
• Anonymous traffic data (page views, referrers) for understanding how the site is used.

Your data is used to process and ship your order, communicate about it, send order confirmations, handle returns, and (rarely, only if you opt in) send the occasional newsletter. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.

We use a small set of trusted processors to run the shop:

• Supabase — order and customer database, hosted in the EU.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — sending order confirmation emails.
• Vercel — hosting the website itself.

Order data is retained for as long as legally required for tax and accounting (typically 7 years in Cyprus). Email-only newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe.

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
• Have your data deleted (subject to legal retention obligations).
• Object to processing for marketing purposes.
• Receive your data in a portable machine-readable format.

We use only strictly-necessary cookies — one to remember your cart contents, one to remember your language preference. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
